Before sample payment, Import Falcon records the acceptance points: dimensions, materials, finish, function, packaging and compliance evidence. The result becomes part of the production or purchasing brief.

   Reference drawings, tolerances, colours, materials, labels and test points are written down.

   Receive

   The sample identity and condition are recorded so it can be traced to the supplier and revision.

   Assess

   The sample is checked against the agreed points; deviations become named actions rather than informal messages.

   Freeze

   An approved reference and revision are linked to the order before production or repeat purchasing.
